They would have fired Enna & Millie to keep Elira in line. Reimu's toxicity would be kept in check then, Scarle would collab more, Pomu if taken care of properly would have been a major selling part of EN improving Idol culture activities, Aster would have been removed earlier keeping Luca in check. People who have left would of stayed. The boys would not be pushed out as number one there would be a better strategy to rotate the limelight to maintain interest like how JP does it. As in you put the male stars on promotion duty then give them a big gig later half of the year. Luca would have been reprimanded for breaching guidelines. It's a fun what-if.
In theory if Enna in particular was forced to stop the mean girls shit and actually practice singing, she could've been one of the star girls alongside pomu and possibly Elira. In this hypothetical timeline, Selen and Pomu would've been allowed to run free and connect with everybody they could, constantly bringing in more sponsorships, advertising, and money into the branch for basically free. LuxNoc would still have its fujo fanbase, but it'd likely be completely cut off from the girls in a fashion similar to holostars, with likely Enna/Selen being the only one who still collabs with them from the girls. This would work well to isolate the fanbases from each other and keep things relatively civil.
Zaion if given a little more leeway would've likely been a star streamer with her rapidfire, scathing wit. She would've led tons of collabs and probably get absorbed into enna, fulgur, vox, selen's nijicancelled.

Vox would've been a crazy good role player and potentially in charge of doing shit like that nijien play, but good. He's a great voice actor and if kept in line/sane, he could've been the EN Kuzuha.

There's no timeline where Reimu does anything, though. She's far too forgettable and b oring.

Well the problem has always been numberfags think EN = the most important group. This has never been true tapping into the JP market has always been the smartest move. Nijisanji sadly did not do any of this because Riku treats his businesses as a pump and dump and uses his families other connections that makes Nijisanji the leader in distribution of JP Merch. The reason why the core group would always be ok is that if you sacrificed global initiative it would always generate more revenue for their business. Just more infrastructure in Japan = more return.
