Rose would not like vtubers. Jade would, though. That's why she's the best.

My oshi liked Homestuck as a teen, so I read 4,000-some odd pages of it.
Then she said she was embarrassed about ever liking it, so I stopped reading. sounds like it gets worse past that point anyway.

No I know what she means. When I was a teen I loved reading it and recommending it to people. And then... well... Now I hate it and hate myself for ruining people's lives.

You kinda have to stop ready by act 5, idfk why Hussie would ruin such a good concept of it.
Speaking of which, The amount of Vtubers that have read a bit of Homestuck or got really got into it is funny to me

I like to go through retired Vtuber channels and look at once was. It's like a trip through time.

I think my version of that was Doctor Who at the time. I got out of webcomics before Homestuck happened.

It was as big as mlp on tumblr, and the fandom was infamously awful at cons and in general, so it got a lot of exposure in the nerdy internet-active scene, which is exactly the kind of person who would become a vtuber 12 years later
