An NDA isn't a magical spell that makes you unable to talk about something. It's just an agreement between two parties that if either party talks about something, whoever talks open themselves to be sued by the party that didn't talk. Then in court they have to prove they violated the terms of the NDA. Just for the record, even if Ironmouse is completely lying (unlikely anyway since she is acting on her attorneys instructions), NDA's are notoriously hard to uphold in America. Unless the NDA is extremely specific on what cannot be talked about, usually important company secrets, then most NDA's get thrown out of court for being too broad. In the eyes of the law in America an NDA is about protecting specific information and not a broad way to gag someone. That being said companies will still try to use them to silence people, but if it comes to court most of the time they cannot be upheld.
