Why did she wait until marriage to come clean?

If she wanted to be transparent with her fans then why wait until the very last moment and only tell her fans when her relationship had the biggest news possible for the biggest outfall possible, and keeping a relationship a secret for this long?

I think OP makes a pretty good point, but specifically in Fauna/Nimi's case, because she had several contexts to bring up having a boyfriend throughout her career and kept it a secret entire time. Hell, ok, she couldn't have done it as Fauna most likely as per Hololive obligation, but she definitely could've done that when she debuted as Nimi. It is a change in behavior for her objectively.
