As far as I know, Vshojo is incorporated in America, so defamation requires the thing being said to be false. Considering Mouse cleared her statement with her lawyer, the odds of there being any lie is remote. If they have no money to pay their talents or their obligation to charity, they probably don't have money to waste on a frivolous lawsuit that would be dismissed with costs to defendant.
