I have a deep biological urge to provide and protect, but no outlet in real life. It brings me satisfaction to hear about how my contributions have improved her life in some way. I have spent money exactly once on a vtuber. She was an indie and I was in her Discord server, spent a lot of time chilling in VC with her. Sometimes played games with her and a couple other fans. She mentioned having trouble with rent that month, so I sent her $50.
