I can think of 3 scenarios:
1. She doesn't give a fuck anymore. Whatever her goal is, she probably got it and couldn't care less. It's still weird but it's a possibility so I'll just throw it out here
2. Someone, possibly multiple people know, either someone from hololive or the vtubing community in general, maybe they even know the partner. That means sooner or later, it'll become public knowledge. As bad as announcing it is, it's still better than letting herself be exposed by someone else.
3. She's going for quality over quantity. Starting a family will make her busier, she probably won't be able to focus entirely on streaming. So might as well filter out the fans, surely she'd lose the number, but the one who stays after this will be mega simps who would offer her their credit cards even if she only stream once every month. An e-girl only needs about a dozen of loyal simps to get enough anyways.
