Is she dumb? NDAs are barely enforceable, especially for something like "badmouthing" a company. You can't restrict freedom of speech like that. Maybe you could argue disclosing trade secrets breaches a very specific NDA, but merely saying "company is bad" cannot be prosecuted.

Anon they have been doing that in the United States for decades to cover up absolutely horrific shit in Hollywood so an NDA can definitely be used to restrict speech. The Japanese idol industry was notorious in the 1980s for doing stuff that was completely illegal so it's not a shock that vtuber companies are known for their strict NDAs. Randon went over the disparagement clause in vtuber contracts and how they protect the brand name even from statements that are completely true.
