I mean, somehow noone from Vshojo is attacking her or even trying to legally act after she basically singlehandedly destroyed the corpo.

She was being "stolen" for "months" without noticing(?) while others left YEARS ago but couldn't say anything due to NDA...

She ends up being the victim for 1000th time and getting the sympathy and monetary help from everyone while noone answers for the stolen money and apparently nobody cares.

And at the same time suddenly ALL CORPOS are evil now because Vshojo was "the good one" and lied and Holo talents hide that they have boyfriends as Fauna did.

Everything happens to favor her somehow...

They could easily check mate her with threathening legal actions, that would instantly doxx her and she loses anonimity so they would instantly win... It doesn't make any sense that they aren't trying to squeeze more money from her at this point

There's something seriously off about this. She sent one tweet and the company blew up within 12 hours. The other side wasn't even given a chance to defend themselves. Noone should hold so much power in modern society.

12 hours in internet time is about 12 days pre-internet. They had more than enough time to respond. The actual problem is everyone believing her just because she's a woman and even worse, giving EVEN MORE money to her "charity". Bitch really found every single avenue to squeeze every cent from her viewers while painting herself as the perpetual victim despite leaving this issue to fester for months if not years before finally addressing it. All of it just rubs me the wrong way. Don't be so quick to part with your money, anons.

Is there even proof that the money went to the charity? Maybe she was going to keep it to herself so the management stepped in and kept the money to avoid fraud?

Besides, remember the nuxtaku situation years ago? he exposed some scams going around vshojo, didn't blame them directly and the talents supported him just to later backstab and try to destroy his reputation in a coordinated assault.

Sure, nux is a fag that self destructed in the end, but IM group works as a clique and aren't strangers to backstabbing

let me walk you through the mind of ironmouse. she was perfectly fine with a piece of her income being missing because she still had enough money. on specific issues she would be told that the payment was delayed from some merch sub-distributor and because she didnt urgently need money she never really looked into it. sometimes an artist would complain to her about a late payment and she would go to management and raise hell and they would check the files and find the 20k the artist was owed and we're so sorry it was a terrible mistake that we will make sure wont again, problem solved. We're a startup, a small indie company. There's cracks in the foundation, but we've got a bucket of plaster, and we're all in this together trying to make it work.
The moment she found out IDF charity money wasnt being paid, that was the thing that wasnt okay.

Lol she knew for months, not to mention if she knew they were screwing her, she could have reasonably assumed they were screwing other talents as well who were much worse off than her financially. The real question is why did she cover for them for so long?

>She sent one tweet and the company blew up within 12 hours. The other side wasn't even given a chance to defend themselves.
I mean
>Vshojo bleeding talent for month
>One of their founders and most popular member abruptly leaves and accuses of them of stealing from charity
>Several members either terminate contracts in solidarity
>Both past and current members all corroborate that weren't getting paid
>Like 10 different indies all come out and corroborate that Vshojo's management was just leading them on for several months to years about allowing them to join
>The face of their Japanese branch drags the "CEO" of the Japanese and gets them to admit he has zero real power, all the money they make goes to the US CEO (the guy with the actual power), they've constantly overspent, and all the money they've invested has went to project that became vaporware
A talent agency where all the talents all leave and unanimously agree the agency was dogshit, tend to implode. It's kinda clear Vshojo as a company has been dead for awhile every who worked there was just waiting for the chance to come out publicly over it
>The other side wasn't even given a chance to defend themselves
I mean what the FUCK could Gunrun POSSIBLY say? It's like 30 v 1 right so now unless he some BOMBSHELL evidence to prove that all of the ex-Vshojo members, the Japanese "CEO", the ex-Nijis he tried to pouch and the indies who he left in limbo are ALL lying than he's fucked
And it's considering it's been 48 hours and he still hasn't put out a statement? It looks like they aren't lying

If he steals from charity then it's not a matter of morals, it's a matter of squeezing more money from them. He could threat Mouse to start legal actions and hence doxx her legally.

He doesn't need to win, he just needs to start it and she loses.

Vshojo is a fraction of any of the talents income. Vshojo takes a cut from merch and from sponsors, the talents reliable stable income comes from streaming, ads and paid memberships, and that is all directly deposited to the talent where vshojo could never touch it.

The thing you are assuming is that vshojo was intentionally trying to siphon money, which isnt the case. Their problem is that they are bad at juggling plates, and whenever they drop and break a plate they try to juggle more plates to hope no one notices the broken plate. Their payments genuinely stemmed from merch issues, and rather than solve their payment issues correctly and get everything back in order they solved things incorrectly and fucked everything up, and then each time a new merch issue arose they snowballed even worse. I would not be surprised if, had they actually gone through bankruptcy instead of collapsing as they had, it would be found that not just the JP branch but the entire company was in fact running in the black and only had a few outstanding debts, but their issue was that they panicked trying to manage it.

No she definitely knew. Her attitude towards VShojo had been noticably soured since after her subathon. She knew they had been withholding her own money and put up with it for months like the other talents. The straw that broke the camel's back was likely her finding out they hadn't paid the charity and were probably lying to her about it the entire time.
And how is she winning in this situation? The corpo is dead, staff and fellow talents she cared about are out of jobs or weren't being paid. She was likely robbed of an amount greater than that owed to charity. Oh and she might have to doxx herself in the process of taking VShojo to court.

>Nigga who's so broke that he needs to steal from 2/3rds of his employees and a fucking charity, should enter lawsuit against a women who's already deemed a victim within the court of public opinion, solely just to reveal her government name, a thing the doxxfags who'd care about that type of shit likely already know
Brilliant idea lmao

>but couldn't say anything due to NDA
An NDA cannot prevent people from reporting crimes.
Wage theft is a felony in the state of California, where VShojo is headquartered.
They absolutely could have blown the whistle, they just were not aware that they had the right to do so.

If he stole from a charity, that's embezzlement and possibly tax fraud. At that point, Mouse doesn't need to dox herself because the plaintiff will be the state of California and the federal government. And it won't matter if there's no money left for the victims because he's going to prison.

There's no money dude, and all the staff are quitting or de-facto quitting. This happens because behind the scenes the chance for recovery is zero, meaning the organisation has already collapsed anyways. There is nobody left to "defend themselves" other than the company executives, and they are obviously going to lawyer up rather than say anything about the brand publicly because the brand is donezo whatever happens, there is no upside in them saying anything
