Don't do anything dumb ass, join their community discord or whatever and be normal.

Genuinely if you just stay normal, and they think you're funny just keep that up. Eventually you'll be a friend.

Then maybe one day you meet up with them and some other friends at a con or something, do that once. Then you can maybe try and asking them to hang out alone.

If you can get through all that, you're probably not looking at them as a streamer and instead they're a friend you have feelings for (if you still do when the veil is gone).
