Yes. This is a showcase of true accountability and taking responsibility for your job title/position. Wheter he is the Vshojo JP CEO in paper or branch manager he is still in a leadership position. They don't get paid big bucks just to sit and lord over their minions (lower rank employees). They take success for the sucess of the team that they lead and take the downfall if the team failed. Modern managers/higher ups can't even take accountability in 2025 and would rather blame an employee lower in the ladder.

Credit where it was due. He knew exactly what he was walking into and took the hits without trying to spout excuses, deflect blame, or make up lies. He acknowledged it was fucked without saying anything, discussed helping and salvaging where and when he can and left it at that. And in part at least it seems the Nova girls got out without too many snags. A scummier man would have ghosted Kson or made up a buncu of excuses to defend his bosses. Not gonna fault the man for being tied up in a bunch of corpo nda's nor Kson for being rightfully pissed. Crazy af given the circumstance, but maybe she felt that since it was her own audience giving the money they had a business to know where it disappeared.
