I naturally don't know much about it but how is it so expensive and high staff to have a few cartoon bitches play minecraft... or is that part of the money scheme?
Surely you could get by with like 3-4 very thoroughly vetted girls, a budget of (lets be generous) $4k usd per girl all included, doing all the BTS work yourself, and don't even think about hiring backstage help until absolutely necessary. Take like 20% of supas/members. I refuse to believe this couldn't be done as a (time consuming albeit) part time job.
But maybe I'm missing something major otherwise any dope with $20k of throwaway money would start an agency.

Lastly you still need the actual business management, in sense of "ok how do we make money and how do we spend the money to make more money", which are things the girls have absolutely nothing to do with (nor should they).
