What makes you think it wouldn't be like any other Corp? Ultimately, they aren't going to want to do the backend business/administrative/legal/etc stuff, so they'd end up simming all into some suit's lap and it'd all end up exactly the same.

I mean, now instead of an entity that can do stuff like that for them, you get a shadow management instead. I'm not sure that is necessarily better. I think the way forward is how actors/actresses represent themselves actually in real life with hiring an agent and having them manage their careers/IPs and it would be even easier because you don't have roles in this case for making movies but it's moreso just opportunities and managing all the non-streaming stuff. That would make it so said Vtuber doesn't need to deal with that stuff and just focus on what is important for their careers. Unfortunately, individual agents aren't at the skill or scale where they can outdo actual corpos but it might get there eventually for the biggest indies/excorpos.
