They have demonstrated time and time again that they hate vtubers.
They interrupt streams with ads.
Gunrun was one of their founders.
They have taken odious political stances. (this one is more subjective)
If you stream on tw*tch you are dead to me. I have so many indie vtubers to watch on YouTube that I literally cannot keep up.

They have arbitrary rules and if you get banned on there you just get fucking owned unless you have connections
so many vtubers I follow have gotten smacked for having cleavage and then appeal after appeal to get their stream back

most of the anti vtuber rules about dress codes being different are specifically because the camgirls whine nonstop to the CEO about vtubers

Anti-consumer tactics mostly. Office politics aside the website has some of the worst types of ads, it's somehow near-impossible to consistently block them, and their search feature is pretty dogshit. Christ, they -barely- got around to making Clips easier to sort through with a feature that should've existed years ago.

With some very minor tweaks, youtube could really change things up, but they don't seem to give 2 shits about streamers.
