No, that did happen. It's just they managed to patch up the relationship down the line. And it was bad but it's somewhat understandable considering half of Ethyria are best friends and they were from the same background as the third girl (and they were all friends or acquaintances of most of the rest of NijiEN at the time), whereas Nina was completely out of her element. It also didn't help Luxiem came right after them and completely eclipsed anything previous in popularity, and Nina stuck to them.

Matara doesn't harbor any bad blood for NijiEN talents as far as I know. If anything her leaving basically started the beginning of the end because she was more important than a lot of people realized. But it's the company she really disliked.
