It would be the optimal result, but when I start applying other factors it all falls apart.

I mean, imagine if being a nun could earn you millions of dollars a year if you became a popular nun. And then on top of that nobody in your real life knows you're a nun. And you're only a nun part-time when you feel like it. And there are no consequences for having a relationship as long as you don't mention it in church.

Realistically very few of these nuns would have any incentive to resist the urge to do whatever the fuck they want. Complete lack of accountability and consequences is poison for good intentions.

priests used to be able to get married for the longest time way back in the day, and in many denominations can do so today.
Catholicism is really the only one that still practices that, and even they make exceptions.
