Because they don't "do nothing". They also fuck up. However instead of doubling down, they usually admit (in some capacity) that they fucked up, and work to make sure it doesn't happen again.

They don't "do nothing" though. They actively word towards being a decent organization that doesn't screw people over. Unfortunately, for the vtuber industry, that small standard makes them by far the best organization around.
