She broke her NDA
Which still holds even now (obviously)
she is simply banking on them not being able to sue her because they have no money
(and to be clear, she would easily win anyway, but nobody wants to deal with a lawsuit even if they would win)
>>102694975 >Which still holds even now (obviously)
You're wrong. NDAs are signed between the person and the company. If the company doesn't exist, then the NDA is void
>>102695227
that would be true if bankrupcy proceedings had happened and were already over, which they haven't. we're still in the pre-phase so it's a legal grey area. It is true though they don't got the money and if they tried she'd find things to counter sue for
>>102695227
nigger the company still exists, tweeting "vshojo has failed" doesn't mean the company is legally eviscerated, what is wrong with you?
at best they are filing for bankrupcy soon, assuming they don't have some hidden stash of money that they pretend not to have
>>102695227
Not exactly correct, if VShojo files for bankruptcy, their creditors can carry out lawsuits on their behalf to facilitate their recovery.
So people are not out of the woods yet, any actual breaches of NDA are still dangerous.
>>102698859
As time goes on, the chance that anyone will notice or act on an NDA breach will obviously go down, the chief danger will be during the actual bankruptcy proceedings when the creditors are directly focused on their recovery.

yeah, but thats the problem, it still exists
you would only be right if they liquidated their assets
since otherwise the talents can crater the assets value making recovery of money for investors and who ever is owned anything impossible
ironmouse and other talents are as much responsible as the ceo
>>102692440 >to pay back mouse
that bitch should pay back the charity or the donators out of her own pocket
she takes half the money and say what "sorry, i spent it"?
>>102692440
That would take years so I doubt they can afford it. They would have to spend their personal fortunes to make it happen with no guarantee of making anything back.

Most NDAs do not hold up in court, the issue is having to fight them and most people don't have the money to deal with a drawn out legal case. That's the reality - most NDAs aren't worth the paper they're written on and exist only to scare employees / contractors. But Vei's boyfriend is a millionaire fleshstreamer so she probably is capable of fighting against it on the off chance that that a creditor chooses to go after her (they won't though, most of the creditors are other vtubers and vtuber artists who won't want to pursue it for obvious reasons, the other creditors are likely to be the investment companies who will realise they're not going to make much from suing so will simply write their funding of Vshojo off as a loss).
