The thing is that girls are supposed to keep their Twitch/YT sub money and donations, but IronLung was afraid about her privacy and was too retarded for it, so she let VSJ to take care of it. Assumption is that VSJ was sending her back Twitch money (either whole or partially), otherwise models would be her least concerning issues - she still needs serious health support and medications.
What I still don't understand is that the donation went through Mouse's Twitch and VSJ should see that it was Twitch payment so in that case they would just send back that 500$... unless someone just saw big number and decided to fuck her.
