Because there's no money you silly goose. Once the money is gone there is nothing you can rebuild with. It's also very hard to come back from defrauding hundreds of thousands from a charity and not making the payments in your contracts. The trust is destroyed, the money is gone, there is nothing to rebuild with. Niji at least has a pile of cash and investors and assets they own, Vshojo has nothing.

I assume this an altered copypasta or something, but it did make me think.
The fact that they retain their IP really makes the whole collapse of the company a nothingburger for the streamers. Scammed money aside they can just go on like they always have.
If anything, everything vshojo has attempted (that is to say: trying to leech from Hololive) was completely pointless for the streamers. Why the fuck do they need concerts, why the fuck do they need merch (they can make enough from just twitchslop adslop, don't kid yourself)? All of this shit was just for PR and ego because they wanted to pretend to be better than Hololive.
Now that they are indie they can focus on the one and only thing they actually know how to do which is do normal streams.

Because niji still had livers, and fans of those livers who wanted to stand up for their oshi (who endorsed Niji implicitly by staying with the company) ended up being the bedrock of the NDF, creating a bandwagon for dramafags to hop onto and form a relevant "faction" in /vt/ drama threads.
VShojo is even more obviously in the wrong and has no streamers left, there's no foundation for any kind of pro-Vshojo ideology because noone had gunrun or the company as their oshi.
