You need to be able to love yourself first before you can love anyone else. This is where the self improvement bullshit comes in. It sounds like bullshit, but you have to do it. You have to start somewhere. Still trying to figure that out myself, so can't provide details but you can probably start by getting your ass outside and going for a walk or a jog for starters. Then eventually start doing exercises, trying new hobbies that you might hate but try them anyway, etc., do something, literally anything besides sitting in your room feeling sorry for yourself. There's no other way. You just gotta do it. Don't overthink it, just do. Go outside, jog for a mile, do that again in a couple of days, then mix in some pushups, however amount you can do, etc. Just do it. Don't think about it.
