Saba was meant to be shorter but I think she feels guilty over the lolicon stuff and boosted Saba's height. Saba is even taller than Gura even though the head is larger and the design is more child like.

Saba does consider her viewers though I am skeptical on whether she likes the open dress toggle and early Gura was more comfortable and relaxed during karaoke. The "ideal feminine form" joke was meant to be humorous but she has done several things which makes it clear that she is leaning into the lolicon stuff even though it makes her more nervous.
