The only mistake was not splitting earlier. Constant threadshitter raids caused many regulars to leave permanently, leading to the state of things now.

Use yt-dlp and the "--wait-for-video" tag. I use "--wait-for-video 180 --live-from-start" for my membership stream downloads, which gives a countdown until the timed start and then will retry every 180 seconds after the go live time.
You could set the time lower, but after getting my account temp restricted one time due to too much downloading I prefer to use longer waits. Especially since it's unlikely the stream will be less than 3 mins.
