Not true. Pippa, Lia, Tenma, Mint recorded last years ANYC concert from August 12-16. ANYC concert was 9 days later.

The thing that draws this out for so long is that they spend 2 weeks in Tokyo, then they traveled together to NYC for that con, and this year then they might travel from NYC to San Japan. Everything is so close Phase is doing like 4 cons in 5 weeks this year between ANYC, San Japan, Comiket, Vexpo.

I don't think Shiina cares about doing 3D concerts. She will likely do just 1 eventually just to say she did it, and that is that. They almost certainly asked her last year to do it, and she probably declined and said let the others do it.

My bet is they are recording for a Vexpo concert. They are not gonna do an EU 3D concert without Panko when she is their main EU streamer.
