There was more incentive for her to do so in Niji compared to post-Niji. In Niji not only was she the EN daisenpai wave, but also the want to build up the branch. There really isn't a need to build up anything because she's on her own. Sure she has friends, but it isn't a glued together community like being in a corpo. Not only that, she gets a decent amount of viewers so there's little concern to do crazy things to attract more people.

She'll just keep doing concerts and such.

For what she brought to the table, yeah. Not a sister but it never made sense to me for Pomu to leave before Selengate if she wanted to be part of an idol group and do big stuff. If she was aiming for Vshojo to have more control of her brand it would make sense but then you hear the stories of her going to work at a store and that theory or joining Holo goes out the window.
