In Australia the later half of the year has almost no Holiday breaks and working Full time you accumulate leave quickly. If you have a total of 4 weeks most businesses want you to take a week off because they may have to pay it out.

You do get federal holidays off but that is around 10 days off the year but some companies do give you leave but that’s only for the larger ones typically and a lot of the times it’s not paid time off. Some of the Phase girls are kinda menhera and don't stream consistently and are sort of directionless in their content. They're good streamers when they relax but when there's pressure from cons or a new gen they tend to break down. There's not a lot of "competition" to avoid having all of their fans siphoned by the new gen, but anything that makes them look at their growth and remember it's stalled because they don't stream enough will make them wig out. Panko is one who takes a lot of breaks for this reason. Lia too.

Anything like work trips, 3D, new outfits, etc. also makes them freak out because they want it too but don't have milestones to show for it.

It's basically the classic failed techbro start up story. A bunch of dudes with no idea what they were doing got some venture capital investment bucks by pitching big ideals. Turned out the underlying business plan was pretty much non-functional and they were robbing Peter to pay Paul basically the entire time.
