As someone who’s been a Spiritmate from Twisty’s debut all the way to now with Ruru, I just can't see her as this evil person that people are trying to paint her as. She's a menhera, but what woman isn't? If she was an actual raging racist bitch who hates men, why would she involve herself with Vanta or that one black globie dude? Why does she have nothing but positive things to say about Kyrio and Ryoma? If she truly hated her fans why would she stream for 12 hours a day with her superchats off? All signs point to her having a woman moment after being abused by her coworker and company, rather than her actually being a terrible person.

The first thing you need to know about the internet is everyone is disingenuous and is trying to psyop everyone else into agreeing with them over the few things they care about. If you got sucked into thinking shit like Israel v Palestine for instance matters to anyone but those who personally identify with those nations or know people who do you're just an easy mark ripe for influencing onto their side. But more likely, is that people care about something small. Maybe they want you to like a video game they enjoyed, maybe they want you to hate a movie that they thought was dogshit and a waste of money out of petty revenge. If people were honest, the internet would be littered with the most atrociously petty feuds over fucking nothing at all and it would be laid bare for all to see.
But where I'm going with this, is how do people fight for their own personal concerns? With what weapons do they arm themselves with? Politics, tribalism, and virtue signalling. Don't like the new vtuber having fun with the boys instead of you? Make up some morally correct reason to gang up on and destroy her. Ez. Nobody gives a fuck about the moral virtues they "fight for". They're just convenient tools to bash people in the skull with to get your way. This isn't unique to virtue grifters either, the based crowd do it too. Don't like a game you bought? Just find a way to call it woke so it gets mobbed into the ground.
Stop looking at the content of what people are saying and start looking at the immediate outcomes of who gains and loses from it being said.
