These are federal charges if prosecuted. Not only Gunrun but maybe some of the chuubas and their partners may be involved as well. luckyly for them, most of the charges are 8yrs in jail tops

Yep.
They're all involved in this. The burden of proof that they weren't part of the scam falls on the talents, since they were the ones who promoted and benefited from the donations and merch sales.

There's no crime here on the shoulders of vshojo on face value unless you believe twitter retards that vshojo defrauded a charity when they never made a pledge to donate to them. Charity fraud is on the person who collected money and pledged to donate. For embezzlement it might be years if someone successfully goes through civil litigation with vshojo and whistleblows to the fbi.

To report a monetary crime in the US, you should first contact your local police or sheriff's office. For more serious or complex cases, you can also contact the FBI or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Additionally, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) handles complaints related to financial products and services. And don't forget the IRS, thirdies.
>BUT IT COST TEN THOUSANDS DOLAS
Nevertheless, you have to report to the authority first if there's a crime, that's the LAW, fool.

>None of the girls who got absolutely fucked are pursuing legal action against him.
>Mouse said it was a legal matter and she couldn't talk more twice in her video that kicked off this thing
>Has said the other talents are more free to talk about shit than her
>Is in constant meetings with her lawyer and even said they're watching her streams
>While Kson said they owed her a ferrari, Mouse said they owed her a house
>Allegedly altered contracts so they had ownership of her original songs
Yeah, about that.
