Rate my rrat: it's very fucking obviously not a political stance. If it was a political stance I understand a delay in reaction for maybe a week, but it took them an entire month to say anything. It's obviously they need months in advance to prepare for the award ceremony, so they sat there and did nothing because later they put forward their demands, the harder it would be for Filian to refuse them, and they just demanded more money.
