Honestly, Henya and the rest of the VShojo family could easily be on the hook for at least negligent misrepresentation.
They were out there hyping up merch that turned out to be fake, which is basically false advertising. And let's be real, they didn’t bother doing their due diligence before shilling it.
What’s worse is how long it took them to respond. It supposedly took them several months to a year to realize they were part of a scam, which sounds more like they were turning a blind eye than actually being clueless.
