Only to a certain degree. There's a proper level of kayfabe where you can still manage to be yourself while keeping up your character. But when you're nothing BUT kayfabe, hardly anyone wants to interact with you. Only the most autistic do. Take FWMC, for example.

They barely have any real friends due to their relentless, cringe as fuck kayfabe that they refuse to tone down. All their relationships are surface level, or for some sort of gain (from either party). You don't see them collabing with any EN members outside of Advent, and they hardly collab with JPs... because no one wants to. You know kayfabe is too much when even fellow talents avoid you.
