There are basically few fixed costs (design work, marketing to some extent) and the variable costs (unit production) could be calibrated based on expected demand.
As long as they limit production to a small batch and limit marketing to streams and social media (which are basically free), I think it would be feasible.
The main problem isn't that they wouldn't make money, but that the amount of money would probably be a lot lower than other things Cover could spend their time working on (the so-called "opportunity cost").
