I get it but it's her in the photo. Usually she will wear a wig and the basic clothing. So here she's got a jacket, skirt, knee highs and shoes, but everything from the colors, details on the clothes and sizes are altered. I don't think it's that bad but she doesn't tell anyone it's drawn on. I've seen amazing cosplayers praise her cosplay and don't have a clue 90% of it is her drawing on a basic photo.
