It's honestly not that strange: Nimi wants a family, so she's not going to be doing idol stuff on the regular, and it's not like Dooby and Nimi were ever so close that Nimi would invite her to the wedding, and married people are notorious for not being available to do anything, so there's just not that much reason for the two to keep communicating.

There's also just no upside for Dooby to talk about what's happening unless she's going to get married too, so, better for everyone to just move on.
