Laimu used to be part of Vinesauce back in the day, started doing vtubing in 2021. Snuffy has been around since 2020 and used to be close to a few of the girls in Vshojo from what I remember. I'm afraid beyond that I'm not sure, they both only really came on my radar fully after they started interacting with Doki.

Started mostly in VRChat circles, then VSJ-adjacent, then she kinda just bounced around from group to group while streaming less and less. Used to sorta be a lewdtuber, now she's more of a comfy streamer. Switches designs every few months, so if you see a design you like, don't get too attached to it.
