That's not how we support local animation industry, the govt shouldn't create their own movies, it would almost always shitty. They should just focus on creating a good law and protection for animators and producers, and securing better funding. If there are any bad movies, let the producers take the loss, not the government.

Like, imagine if there is a government owned vtuber agency, it would almost guarantee a failure, and they'd become buzzers. If shitty agency is owned by individuals, if they're shit then they'd go bankrupt, if it's owned by the government, the whole country must pay for the failure through taxes. That's not how we support the vtubing industry.
