I'm a small indie two-view and i have fun in the indie scene.

There's alot of crazies and dramafags, hyper political ticking timebombs and jealousy (yes crab bucket mentality is real) but if you put in the effort to surround yourself with kind people it can really be worth your while.
I have a small but loving community and friends that made me last all these years.

For me whats most important is entertainment and i still have alot of work to do to achieve my goals.

I'll throw my two cent into things I've noticed:
- the newstubers or dramatubers will nose guard for certain people they like and a yab story involving those people will get treated differently vs from a smaller or less liked vtuber committing the same yab, not all newstubers do this but a good chuck

- many vtubers--even the larger ones--who are "big fans" of other larger vtubers are always glazing the vtubers who are likely to answers back or are more open to collab. Even if a vtuber is very popular but they are more reserved or don't allow for leeching the other vtubers don't acknowledge them like the glazed up ones and suddenly aren't hidden fans of those more reserved vtubers

- there are big blocks of vtuber cliques and they have different relationships with each other for reasons I'm not sure of yet. For example there is the ex-vshojo block and a Phase block and the ex-vshojo vtubers are a lot more friendlier with the Niji EN block vs Holo block but many of the Phase vtubers prefer people in Holo vs Niji and this is before the Selen stuff?
