In these kinds of events usually the boss needs to do a press conference in which he confesses his wrongdoings, says he's incredibly sorry, then does a >90 degree bow or dogeza, then is bombarded by media with uncomfortable questions.
Depending on how bad it is what follows then is the destruction of their reputation via media and social media, because in a groupist society, bad sheep get exiled out of the group.

He didn't actually do anything wrong though. Kson's pissed and takes it out on him, but given what he said and what has come out since it seems like everyone on VShojo's JP side is clean. Of course she didn't know that in the moment, so she just assumed that he was one of the people stealing from her which made it extra ballsy of Loutlot to show up to the call.

And post-VShojo the JP side is pretty much sticking together as best they can. Highgai will continue working for Henya, Kson's manager is still with her, and all of Nova is working together with other staff to remain a group project.
