Dooby never would've sold out a theater. Nimi wouldn't have done it alone, either. The only reason it sold as well as it did was because they had two ex-holos and two actual singers who were likely brought in by Oshispark because Dooby and Nimi could barely hold a note. It was a business relationship from the start.
On top of that, acting as if Dooby was giving Nimi charity is just absurd. If anything, it was the other way around as Dooby continued to bleed viewership and mindshare the longer she went without streaming. Both sides came out of the relationship positive.
As for the marriage announcement, it didn't put anybody in an awkward position, as nobody outside of /here/ gave a shit. You're trying to pretend as if simply knowing a woman who's married somehow jeopardizes their jobs. They don't even have overlapping audiences.

If anything, considering how she's the only one who's consistently streaming and seems to have had everything set up properly from the get go, it's more likely that Nimi was just there to hold Dooby over until she was independent, while Saba and Dooby were prepared to split up from her as soon as they got settled.
