Only one pair has ever had any public interactions on PL since July 2021, Mint and Doki (Pomu and Selen). And although not really a "public interaction" as such, Mint and Miki (Rose) follow each other on twitter.
Mint has mentioned Nova (Elira) on stream at some point since her return last year, but other than those three pairs and any pre-Niji interactions I'm not aware of any other PL instance in which any member of Lazusydia acknowledged the existence of any other member.

Finana recently joined more tightly to Elira's group, but it seems to be a desire to get opportunities for herself rather than a genuine friendship. Elira is too busy with all the boys. Similarly Petra has been doing spme stuff here and there with Elira, but is mostly friends with JP and Ethyria.
Niji doesn't even really have a girl's group, the guys just run roughshod over everything. Watching those girls isn't even desireable it feels kind of gross.

I'm not someone who has an issue with male collabs but this level is kind of ridiculous, it's like the girls don't even have an identity and center their whole world around the males. That's the life Elira chose.

Unlikely, at least almost certainly not all of them with all the others, but we don't know what really goes on behind the scenes, so drawing clear lines is mostly pointless. Not to mention that there is a difference between actual friendship and "friendship" between colleagues, and I have a feeling that some of these relationships belong more to the second type than the first (in general for vtubers, not limited to nijis only).
