As a small male VTuber, I have some thoughts about this last FSP Gen.
I'm not mad or seething at the fact they hired people who were in other corpos or the fact they hired people who are related to HoloSTARS
They have the same dreams as I do, so who am I to judge who is the right choice for each role, thats up to the higher ups and theyve spoken
But it is a bit disheartening to feel like I have no chances unless I too am related to someone who is known, or am already in a corpo, its so hard and I dont wanna join a random corpo just to corpo hop, it doesnt sit right with me, I wanna join a place that I can commit and be there for for a long time, but it kinda feels like I should do it
I feel like I need to start selling out more and do anything I can to grow as an indie for even a slight chance to be considered, let alone hired

I dont know how to feel, I am not mad tho, but I do feel conflicted. VTubing and corpo VTubing is my dream, but it feels like hiring small hidden gems might not happen again and I need to rethink things through.

Whatever happens, I still love content creation and will continue to do so.
And I'll continue supporting the FSP boys (and Holo and all the others), Im sure they were picked for a reason and we'll see why

Anyways, this is gay (invading your sacred haven that is, not opening about feelings) so I'll leave the thread now and let you enjoy the new boys, just wanted to leave my 2 cents here.

I don't really see it, honestly. The debuts ranged from terrible to mid, the song was so-so, and their chemistry together isn't particularly impressive either. Caelen seems good so far, and I think Liron has charm and will improve quickly, but as they are now...it feels like easily the weakest FSP gen.

It took a while for them to settle in but it was fun when they got into the groove. I hope they find their own roles in the group and build a strong dynamic. They're all good boys with big dreams and I pray for their success.

On a serious note though, every corpo has it's dud gen. It's too early to judge but who knows how they'll turn out. Iluna had a big debut but ended up being mostly bad later on. Xsoleil had less numbers, but were overall a better gen than the one before them. I want them to stop choosing the same cookie cutter boy too but don't think you need to sell out just to get in. Remember that Zanny played Genshit on debut, look at him now. Altus thought he needed to do a fanservice wheel, look at him now. I don't wanna say this, but maybe put what we like to call a few white lies on your application next time to help you out. Elias is not what I expected from the design and posts but I think he's got a good head on his shoulders and is approching his archetype from a slightly different angle which is refreshing.

All in all, Lamentus may be a grower not a shower gen which is fine by me!
