Funnily enough they tried to find a way with SHF to address this and I think there's some INTERESTING but flawed executions in the hard mode. The game is clumsy but its probably the closest its ever been to trying to force a dynamic of player skill and item management than most modern survival horror games.

Too bad that I personally think the builds it introduces dilutes those concepts but that's completely subjective.

these days there are simply too many good options, so you can't take your fans for granted

She was cute today, no excessive yawning, no Bloodraven stuff and I feel like she read some of the critiques posted here and tried to be better, so I'm happy with that. Such a shame most of the casual fans probably have already abandoned her and we're left with only the most die-hard Jailbirds. You could see it in the big overlap that she was getting hammered, luckily it improved at the end where most of the other streams had ended. Her being somewhat shady regarding her stay in Japan still irks me, especially because she doesn't tell any stories at all. In past Japan arcs she used to talk a bit more about meeting other holomems but it's different this time. No stories whatsoever and no off-collabs either while in Japan, only saying she's busy but nobody actually knows what she's busy with at all. Seems suspicious and I don't like it, feels dishonest and that's still a persistent issue with Rissa. I hope she starts sharing stories and updates us on her overall activities instead of this shroud of mystery that looms over her, the secrecy is getting ridiculous. All this makes it seem she has some serious shit to hide and comes across as fake. Overall I hope she keeps improving and starts taking things more seriously, good luck Rissa.
