Chama's "Long Break"
Do you guys think they're just prolonging the announcement date but the graduation is already set on stone or they're seriously considering to help the Chama with her problems?

Anon yagoo and them wouldn't do whit for rushia's problems, and didn't care when mel's manager stalked her. They ain't doing shit for haato.

There's nothing they can do to help but keep her on contract, it's up to those around her to handle the medical side of things

I want to think he's trying to help her but she's said so much that pretty much guarantees termination. This would probably end up as "Akai Haato choosing to graduate and mutual decision"

>believe the company cares about your health
Cover as a corpo only prioritize maximum profit. Putting Haachama on a long break is a non-issue. They simply shift resources to other talents. Firing her, however, is a waste of all her existing 2D and 3D model assets.

She's been there since she was 16. If they mishandle it, it will put a very ugly narrative on Hololive's reputation. Especially if most of her criticisms turn out to be essentially understandable. Best case scenario, they're taking her seriously and are going to do the kind of internal reflection it takes to put the company on a better path after growing so rapidly. Worse case, they make up some bullshit and try and sweep it under the rug. No idea what it will be. It's just how these things usually tend to go.

They'll fire her in a tweet when things have calmed down a bit

I remember when I broke my leg years ago and had to take a week off from work and when I came back, they tried to put me on a PIP.
I also knew someone who had a serious illness and as soon as he recovered, he got fired.

6 months from now we will get a tweet like Ao. This isn't a "Cover" thing, it's every fucking workplace ever. They don't make you sign safety procedures for your safety, it's so when you hurt yourself and they can prove you didn't follow the procedure exactly, you are on your fucking own. Seen it happen to multiple people.

lol, the only reason they wouldn't fire her is it makes them look bad. They will choose the option that generates the least amount of heat which is to permanently keep her on hiatus while her family puts her in a psych ward.

Or they'll give her a hefty severance package and an NDA and try to cut ties "mutually".

How the fuck is being entertaining a problem? Nobody ever died of a serious case of not being a corporate drone all you pearl clutching unicorns have more serious mental problems than her

I think terminating right now would look really bad for them, less so if they just "allowed" her to graduate too. So they're going to hold off a couple months and then announce that she's graduating some time before the 7th Fes announcements start. She won't get a farewell stream either.
Anonymous No.106162276 [Report]
>>106162002
Yeah, that seems most likely. Easier on the the other talents too, they won't have to do any crocodile tears pr streams.
