Honestly I think people undervalue Elira's efforts significantly. Not only has she consistently been one of the ones who puts the most time into streams out of anyone in the company, always with a smile on her face, while being the major target of a significant hate campaign. Just a couple of months ago she released what 6 new songs in 3D and got involved with collab songs with Inui, Len and Ars. Recording those 3D performances undoubtedly took far more effort for her than any songs she's covered. And it's definitely pushing herself far outside her comfort zone compared to a straight forward cover doing things like dancing in 3D for all those songs and doing stuff like the English version of Sway to the Beat of my Cosmos where she thinks her English singing is bad. And she's even started doing dancing shorts recently, mostly with other people because she's obviously going to be to self conscious to do it alone with how down on herself she always is but that's real progress towards maybe doing it for herself someday if she can see the positive reception it gets when she does.

Of course I strongly doubt she would have started doing them if not for other members encouraging her. She has next to no confidence in her dancing abilities and is often embarrassed about it while wanting to improve. Her dancing in overture was definitely improved over previous 3D appearances. So I'm grateful for people who got her involved with the shorts. And maybe they can help her gain the confidence to do some of her own in the future. But I won't massively hold it against her if not. Stuff like that is more of a nice to have than an essential and if she doesn't feel comfortable doing them alone then that's fine with me. She does more than enough already.

I don't think she's lazy, if she was lazy she could stream 3hrs a time a couple of times a week and get away with it just fine. Plenty of other members do something like that and face no backlash over it. But she's gone above and beyond what is required on that front for years. She has a tendency to procrastinate on things outside of streaming but I don't think that reflective of being lazy otherwise like I said she could easily get away with putting far less effort into streaming. I think that's the part of the job she enjoys the most and is most comfortable with so she does a lot there because she likes interacting with fans and having fun playing games together. And on top of that even she's pushed herself to get involved with 3D opportunities despite it being outside her comfort zone dancing. She could have said no to opportunities like Overture or the Lazulight 3D live. It's sad that people discount and overlook the effort that goes into things like that and then complain about "no covers" or whatever when those performances definitely take far more effort than any cover. But people just watch them once and then act like they never happened.

I love Elira deeply but I think she's just content doing streaming except on big occasions where either the company or her friends drag her into things. Like I'm not trying to sound like an anti but Elira has always been kinda lazy. It took her years to release a single original song and 700k views later and it's unlikely she'll release another.

When my oshis have game sponsors I always tune have the stream open and register for the game via their link if they have one, even if I'm not interested in the game. Not sure if it has much effect but it only takes me a few minutes to show support for my oshi for no cost to.kyself.

Mints case involves an AI making a mistake, all that takes to fix is one person at YouTube to look at the clip and be like "that's bullshit". The Lazulight karaoke on the other hand is a stream that's legitimately using actually copyrighted materials. No matter how fast Nijisanji is at contacting YouTube the amount of time it takes to come back up is completely out of their hands, and depends on how quickly youtube contacts the rights holders in question and how long it takes for the rights holders to respond to clear the usage.
