The only vtubers I think might be morally "ambiguous" are the ones EXPLICITLY selling the whole girlfriend experience to lonely losers. But those vtubers are a tiny fraction overall. But even then it's not like these people are feral animals not responsible for their own actions.
There's nothing morally ambiguous about women with cartoon avatar stand-ins simply streaming games and being entertaining or cute. They don't owe you anything, and you don't owe them anything. If you develop a parasocial romantic attachment, that's a you problem to deal with. And this is especially true of the vtubers like Fauna/Nimi who have explicitly set boundaries with their viewers, yet fools still act like they were hoodwinked.
