Anime with a dark vibe, rainy atmosphere, outdoor scenes, it doesn't have to be good, I don't know many popular anime so you can reccomend that if it fits the bill

Kara no Kyoukai is definitely dark and atmospheric, but mostly it's urban, so if by outdoor you mean nature, then it doesn't have much of that.
