What's the easiest way to add captions to my videos that are animated and timed to the spoken words? The only way I can do it is it to do it manually on premiere but that would take too long.

the easiest way is upload the video to youtube, then download the automatic subtitle file using yt-dlp/youtube-dl, then edit the file when you see a wrong caption
