Back in maybe 2018 or 2019, I found this animation program that was essentially as primitive as things it could get. There was no anti-aliasing on brush strokes, the UI was minimal and mostly white space, and I believe you could only save save animations as gifs. I remember it was described as being like the DS software Flipnote Studio but on the PC, but searching for something like that will only yield Clipnote Studio (picrel), which is an actual fan recreation and is not what I'm looking for. If anyone remembers it from this very brief description or knows where I could find it, I'd be very appreciative.
