I just bought it used and i’m new to the whole crt thing i just want to be able to play my games without it looking like i have a colorblind filter on. As you can sorta see its the middle that’s discolored while the sides are fine.

try to degauss it if that TV can do it

Switch to svideo input if possible.

Option 1, fiddle with the colors in the menu. Option 2, fiddle with the pincushion. Option 3, replace capacitors on the set
