I'm looking for an anime. There's a scene where an air battle is taking place, and one of the pilots starts broadcasting a love confession to a girl down in a settlement below.

The girl is doing something (I don't remember what exactly), but she starts running through the main street of the settlement, blushing and embarrassed, while the townspeople cheer her on and watch from their windows, teasing her in a friendly, playful way.

I might be remembering wrong but it kinda remind me of the ghibli style.

The dude on the speakers is saying something like "I'm gonna love you and do this and that to you, kiss and hugs and" etc.

the girl is running on a street all red and embarrassed, and the townspeople cheering in a "get a room" kinda way from their windows.

the characters design isn't stylized or anything, they look (iirc) kinda like ghibli style normal people living in a stettlement.
